Each program is a fully produced, 12-14-session ACT-based course with video, audio, workbooks, and facilitator guides.
No prior ACT certification is required to deliver the North Star Protocol. Each program comes with a comprehensive facilitator guide that walks you through every session. That said, a coaching or professional development background is recommended to deliver the content effectively. If you have questions about your suitability, include them in your application.
White-label delivery rights are available under the Organisation Licence tier. Foundation and Practitioner licences require acknowledgement of the North Star Protocol brand in your delivery materials. We'll provide clear brand guidelines to make this straightforward.
Foundation Licences cover individual client delivery with no per-client fee. Practitioner Licences extend this to group delivery of up to 20 participants per cohort. Organisation Licences offer unlimited internal delivery. There are no per-seat or per-client charges at any tier — your licence is for delivery, not headcount.
Video sessions are delivered as high-quality MP4 files accessible via your licensed member portal, with download rights included. Audio tracks are provided as MP3 downloads — suitable for client use on any device. Workbooks are provided as printable PDFs, with editable versions available on Practitioner and Organisation tiers.
Foundation and Practitioner licences are annual, renewable each year. This ensures you always have access to updated content as programs evolve. Organisation Licences can be structured on custom terms — contact us to discuss multi-year arrangements.
Yes. Practitioner Licences cover up to 3 programs of your choice. Organisation Licences include all eight. If you hold a Foundation Licence and want to add programs, you can upgrade at any point in your licence term.
